Ashley Quamme, LMFT, FBS®, CFT-I™, is a Financial Behavior Specialist®, Speaker, and Therapist. As the owner and founder of Beyond the Plan™, Ashley provides Fractional Financial Behavior Officer services to advisory firms globally. As an FBO she works with firms to go Beyond the Plan™ to understand how their clients think, feel, and do money through her consulting services. She is dedicated to helping financial advisory firms navigate the complexities of client psychology, communication practices, incorporating financial psychology, and providing them with the tools and strategies necessary for long-term success with clients.
In addition to her work with advisory firms, she is a speaker and teacher for Financial Behavior Keynote Group. She provides webinars, breakout sessions, and keynote presentations geared towards financial professionals.
Prior to working in the advisory space, Ashley served as a couples therapist in private practice for 10 years. Her practice, The Wealthy Marriage, currently provides couples therapy, financial therapy, and financial coaching for couples and individuals globally. Ashley’s passion for helping couples grow together has led her to receiving contracts from the US Army to teach service members and their families healthy communication skills as both couples and parents. Clinically she also serves as a supervisor to pre-licensed clinicians as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate. Staying involved in her home discipline of Marriage and Family Therapy has led her to becoming involved in her state organization, the Georgia Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, as a Chapter Chair and now currently the Treasurer.
Along with being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Ashley has also obtained the Certified Financial Behavior Specialist® and Certified Financial Therapist-Level 1™ designations. She received her graduate certificate in Financial Therapy from Kansas State University.
On the personal side, Ashley is a wife and mom. She has two kiddos who are very active and involved with extra curriculars.
