Women and people under the age of 55 will control over 60% of investable assets by 2030. Studies show that what they require from their advisor is different than clients of the past. Women and younger generations care far more about feeling and seeing that their financial futures will be safe than comparative market performance. Research shows that they want relationships with an advisor who hears and understands their needs. They need to know that you are providing them with a safe space to share their emotions and vulnerabilities. This session will teach you how to build authentic relationships, create emotional trust, and receive reciprocal engagement with these populations.
